GOURMAND | TIER 4

For them, every product is more than a choice — it is a story they know, appreciate, and share. Register
Complete a simple registration with no prerequisites. Once registered, you will automatically become a member of the program and receive the first-tier Friend status, along with a 3% discount.
Add Your Card to Your Wallet
We no longer issue physical cards. Your digital card will be ready within three minutes of registration—simply save it to your smartphone’s digital wallet. There, you will always have access to information about your current tier, discount percentage, payment history, and the latest offers.
Scan at the Checkout
To receive your discount when visiting Gastronome and Wines & Spirits branches, have the cashier scan your digital card directly from your phone. Please note that the discount can no longer be applied by providing your personal ID number or showing a screenshot of the card. At this stage, the program is available only in physical branches and does not apply to Wolt orders.
Advance to New Tiers
Your current tier and the discount available to you—3%, 5%, 7%, or 10%—depend on your monthly spending. The system updates automatically on the first day of every month: if you exceed the required minimum spending threshold, you will advance to the next tier. If you do not meet the minimum threshold, you will move down by one tier.
It is based on your total spending during the current month. On the first day of each following month, your new membership tier will be automatically updated on your card: Friend (3%), Explorer (5%), Member (7%), or Gourmand (10%).
If your spending falls below the minimum threshold for your current tier, you will automatically move down by one tier on the first day of the following month. If you are on the Friend tier and make no purchases at all (GEL 0), or spend less than GEL 50 during the month, your status will become inactive (INACTIVE, 0%). Your card will turn white, and if this continues for six months, the card will be cancelled.
We have reviewed your purchases from the past month and assigned the corresponding discount percentage in advance. Once you register on the website, your eligible discount will automatically appear on your digital card.
The old cards will no longer be valid from September 1. The new system works exclusively through the digital membership card.
You can redeem your existing points at Gastronome and Wines & Spirits stores from July 15 through August 31. Starting September 1, all old cards and any unused points will be permanently cancelled.
For now, the new system is available only for in-store purchases. Integration with Wolt is planned for a later stage of the program.
